Safe while we work
You can still get upstairs while most of the work is done. We plan the day the stair is out of use and tell you in advance.

Questions about staircases
Do I need building warrant for a new staircase?
A like-for-like replacement often does not, but changes to the layout or a loft stair usually do. We tell you at the visit and can work with your architect or the council.
Can you keep my existing stair and just change the look?
Yes. New spindles, newels, handrail and a paint or oil finish is often the best value option.
Do you make under-stair cupboards to measure?
Yes. Every one is built to the slope and width of your stair.
